Marv Z
So what ever happened with Ebays no gun policy? They have more BCG's and barrels listed than Gunbroker. And you can use Paypal to pay for almost everything. Used to be PayPal would freeze your account if you bought any evil gunparts. Just wondering about there change of heart, especially in light of recent events. Could it be that pure greed has won out over principles?
JFlowers
EBay "loosened" the restriction a while back. Not really sure what is restricted and what is not now. I noticed that a lot of auctions I was following for various things suddenly vanished after Newton, so they may have tightened some things back. The_Vigilante
If you use PayPal gift and neither seller or buyer list the item purchased anywhere then you can get around their so-called restriction.
Marv Z
As we all know Ebay owns Pay Pal. Go to ebay and type in bolt carrier group. There's about 5 pages of auctions and almost every one accepts Pay Pal. As far as i can see there is no more restriction. I just bought a AR lower parts kits from a vendor on the other shooting forum and they accepted PayPal with no problem.
