dajarrel
The best traction is gained by running barefoot. However, the brass in the grass makes that difficult. dj

cliffwalsh
To answer Dan's question, you can't go wrong with cleats. The range is in very good shape and in not very slippery. If it rains, all bets are off. I just wear my sneakers. Cliff
D.carden
thanks Cliff, i'll bring them both ( barefeet too ). dan
L9X25
I have no insights into the stages this year, but previous years have had a few wooden platforms to run/shoot on. Cleats are NOT ideal for running on wet wood. Agressive sneakers are likely the best overall choice, if you intend to bring only one pair of shooting shoes. ipsc1
Vendors, who will be there? This is my first trip and there is some stuff I need, and for various reasons can not mail order. I need some CZ stuff, mags and springs, who might stock that stuff?
cliffwalsh
I need a few reloading components also. Are there going to be any vendors there??
Brazos Custom
We will be there Thursday afternoon through Sunday. However, we don't have any CZ stuff or reloading components - all kinds of other neat stuff though Henry Swartout was there last year and had a bunch of reloading components etc.. I would imagine he would be there again this year.

If so, that is awesome. Will the vendors be there Friday as well or just Sat, Sun? Wadette, you make this thing better every year.
