short_round
Get Matt Burkett's book to. It has a lot of great ideas on how to track your progress. The sheets are already made up and pretty well thought out. All you need to do is copy them and fill them out. Go here and click on books to find Practical Shooting Manual by Matt Burkett. Angus Hobdell
Try the new book from GM Saul Kirsch "Perfect Practice" available at http://www.doublealpha.biz. As seen in the latest front sight. I have trained extensively with Saul and he really has a good take on what to do and what not to do Angus
