Resizer with Dillon 1200 trimmer

Here is my procedure

1 tumble till clean

2 lube

3 run through my 550 with small base sizing die and then the 1200 trimer

4 if once fired military use the dillion swager on primer pockets

5 I then run my brass through a RCBS case prep set up

6 by this time I have had a chance to closely inspect all of the brass for any problems

7 now I load it on my 550 with a sizing die in the first station that does not have the primer punch with inside ball to resize neck because this can streach the brass when it pulls through and this was taken care of with the first sizing. then powder station then seat bullet, and then use tapper crimp die to finnish.

any secret on how to adjust the trimmer sizing die,if brass was already resized in S1 with a full lenght sizing die

Just match your sizer/trimmer die to the already sized brass, just off the shoulders as not to further set it back. Then adjust the motor height for the trim length desired.
