tnixon44
Got my new 34 ...So I decide to change out the guide rod and spring. Had the weapon apart and put the weapon back together without the guide rod and spring. Now I cant get the slide back off. Anyone ran into this before ? Thanks in advance. practical_man
Never had this problem with any Glock. Is the barrel in battery when you try to pull it apart? Have you pulled the trigger to disengage striker?
FightFireJay
Roflmao... I have actually done that as well. It seems to me I had to he the gun just right (since there is no spring to hold the gun in battery) when I pulled the trigger to disengage the sear. Another option is holding the slide back and removing the striker first, then disassembling.
Waterfowl-widowmaker
Lock the slide back and remove the plastic cover on the rear of the slide. Then remove the striker and pull the slide off as usual.
