snertley
The title says it all. Does anyone have a picture of a bobbed hammer with the hammer mounted firing pin? I am going to cut down the hammer on my back up 625 (Model of 1989). Thank you all for the assistance. Yes I searched but didn't find a picture. I am trying to get it ready for the MCC for a friend of mine that is coming with for his first major USPSA match and second time shooting revo. snertley
Thanks guys, that was what I was trying to find. Will bust out the dremel tool tonight. Carmoney's picture was what I need. Edited October 6, 2012 by snertley
latech15
Fwiw- Carmoney bombed my 627 and it is awesome, but when he stopped taking work I sent my 625 to Clark's. They did as good if not better and left the hammer spur on there. I like the looks of a bones hammer, but if you can get them same performance with it on there, why take it off? Be sure that you need to take the hammer off before you start cutting.
snertley
I have done my other 625 already but I have not done one with the hammer mounted firing pin before. Just wanted to see a good example before I started cutting. It does make pull feel better and more so the release and strike of the hammer.
