gregshin
Here is a 10 shot group at 25yards. I have my 50 yard zero set on my optic. Below are the important specs 16inch Spikes Tactical barrel Burris Fastfire II 4MOA dot. 124gr X-treme loaded 4.0grains 1.15OAL and 3.77 crimp Shooting was done indoor range hunched over on a range bag. I was aiming at the top middle of the orange A zone line. besides adjusting my dot 2inches to the left would you find this accuracy acceptable at 25yards? or should i be playing with my load more? stein
That group would be more than acceptable for me. I bet if you properly bench your carbine that group would be even tighter. I'd also add that my 9mm AR shows no real difference in accuracy between any factory ammo or a number of my reloads that I've tried. If your going to play with your load, do it to minimize your cost and don't worry about accuracy too much.

Pelletgun
I was wondering, that since that barrel is so long, in comparison to a pistol perhaps you can take advantage of it I using a slower burning powder in order to increase the bullets velocity? I would be curious to know what others have found out in regards to this.
Wahoo95
Looks good to me. What mount do you have the FastFire on? I have one on the new Burris AR mount and it has quickly become one of my favorite set ups.
Lebayer
Quick question re the Burris FastFire: do you find the dot is too light? I know the brightness is adjusted automatically in response to conditions but - compared with a Dokter or JPoint - my dot is pretty dim, even with a fresh battery. Thanks. gregshin
I find it pretty good. Sometimes it can get a bit too bright and bloomy but i can live with for close up work. which version do you have a 2 or 3? is anything covering the port where it collects the light? I have a II and I can't see any obstruction but if yours gives you a bright and bloomy dot, I'll have to look more closely. Would much rather have that problem! Alaskapopo
With AR15's in 9mm becarefull about loading the ammo too hot. You will can have issues with the bolt going back too soon because of the extra pressure. Its a blow back gun not a locked breach like most pistols.
