msg73
I recently picked up a Steelmaster and would like to know if it's better to run a 115gr bullet or a 124gr bullet...both using Autocomp. They will be loaded to minor pf (135-145ish) for static and knockdown steel. I'm thinking lighter bullet with more powder would work the comp better but any real difference between 115gr and 124gr? Would it be better to go 95gr or is that too light?
MARKAVELI
The heavier the bullet the more knockdown power, the lighter the faster, but with the right powders I'm sure you can find the pf in which you can knockdown steal...
Scootertheshooter
I just figured out the same problem with mine. I settled on a 124g with 6g of HS6 and seems to work well with the other. Ulcers I have with same weight . It's very accurate and soft shooting.
