Extractor
Any hints for setting up the Super Swage 600 to work with 9mm brass? Is there a special way to set it up? I will only be using it for 9mm brass (of mixed heritage) would it be worth getting the .45cal insert turned down on a lathe to accept 9mm brass as there seems to be a fair amount of slop and play on the rod that is meant to be used for 9mm. I have a lot of Norma, S K, G F L and some PMC brass that I am having trouble putting Federal primers in using the XL650 the primer pockets are really tight compared to th WIN brass that I can feel the primers go in so much easier. I would like to prepare all the brass so it's the same as the WIN brass in regards to easiness of seating primers. Is it easy to enlarge/swage the pocket to far and have primers loose? The setup instructions from Dillon weren't all that instructional, so any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Coleman
If you have your own lathe make your own rod, or find a piece of plastic tubing that will fit over the rod, but still let the case slide off.
