vnboileau
Who has the best price on these?
WCK
The best price I have seen is cameralandny.com They have demos of the JM-1 BDC reticle for $1199.99 This is where I bought mine 2 years ago for the same price. When I bought mine they were out of demos so they gave me one that was new in the box.
vnboileau
I was almost sold on a Leupold Mk 6 1-6, but now I'd really like to try one of these out What are the most popular mounts for this?
Dan Sierpina
I've used a Burris PEPR, Leupold mount, not sure of the model (it's similar to a Warne) and most recently the Vortex Cantilever 3 inch offset. The Leupold is good on my LR 308 due to the long receiver. The Vortex gives great offset and can be pulled back if it's too far forward. Vortex also has a 2 inch offset cantilever. Rob01
Yes this scope has a longer eye relief so a base with at least 2" of offset would be a good idea.

I told him AR15.COM I got an extra 10% off. That paid for rings and shipping. I bought my 1x6 from Rainier Arms. Which reminds me my switchview is still on back order. Vortex sells a great QD mounted made by American Defense Manufacturing. Get the 2" offset version. Here is a review I did on the Razor for my Optics Planet Gear Expert gig. http://www.opticsplanet.com/gearexpert/2015/01/jt-vortex-razor-review.html
TonytheTiger
Actually last time I was at Vortex, Ruben was showing me their new mount made by Bobro. Sounds like they're dropping the ADM because vertically split rings suck. Edited January 30, 2015 by TonytheTiger
Phong Nguyen
Hey fellas - anyone know if that Millet Magni Lever scope lever will work with the Gen II 1-6x? I currently use the SV-3 but find that the lever is too small. I like that big wider paddle on the Millett for the vortex's stiff zoom ring. Kirkwoodious
I have larue rings that vertically split. Love the QD functionality, not a fan of the vertical split... Install is annoying
