MrMuscleBilly
Hey guy I was wondering if anybody uses this trigger and how they like it. I ordered one from brownells and will fit it to my SW1911. Good or bad I want to hear it.
okshootist
They are a good, basic trigger. The lack of holes lets you adjust the length for shorter fingers or create a custom shape. I prefer to machine the face completely flat. No unusual fitting issues, usually just a little off the top and bottom of the shoe.
JerryKee
I have the flat trigger in several of my guns. They very from mitchell custom flat, to a vintage Vic flat To 10-8 flat all in my single stacks. I use nothing but flat triggers in my para's high caps. You should like it. MrMuscleBilly
UPDATE!!! I got my trigger today and it was pretty much drop in, just had to sand the top and bottom a little bit it get it to fit. Works great no vertical play at all. Thanks for the input fellas. Ronnie j
Its solid alum and would be heavier than a drilled alum or plastic, and more prone to bounce on really light trigger jobs.
MrMuscleBilly
Its solid alum and would be heavier than a drilled alum or plastic, and more prone to bounce on really light trigger jobs. Well all I have is a 4.5lbs trigger pull on it now. I don't know if that is considered a real light or not. Thanks for the clarification.
