Round_Gun_Shooter
I am self employed and built a business on customer service and quality work (Yeah I know, I didn't do it myself ) What I like is dealing with a company or companies that provide good service and a good product. Because I know it when I see it, I try to never let the work go unnoticed. Thanks to BrianEnos.com for excellent customer service. It is noted and appreciated. gm iprod
I also run my own business, and whilst the staff and sometimes myself does not always get it right,I know we can't be on it 100% but it is not like we do it on purpose, putting it right is so much more important. An example of getting it wrong is as follows, and I am so glad it was not my boys. I went to my Bank recently and needed to also get some goodies from a nearby Stationers across the road. I parked in the bank carpark, did my business and went and got the goods from across the road. One of the security staff (who would have seen me go into the bank) came to me as I approached my vehicle and said parking was for bank customers only doing business with the bank. I suggested that he be very careful what he was about to say next, and proceeded to give him some advice on customer service. I went back to the office a little steamed and vented at the bank manager, these guys are huge, make mega profits out of little guys like me and I was not so happy. The back side is sometimes I do the deal the other way around. I will Park in the stationers (because I want something heavy and I am lazy) and then rip across the road to the bank. Never a problem, these guys will even load the car up with the heavy stuff while I am at the bank. Also a big company, who do pretty good out of me as well, and more to come. Genghis
I bought two 1000 lumen flashlights from an eBay seller - zlj25899 - and one worked but wouldn't cycle out of hi intensity mode. He sent me TWO lights to replace it (both worked). That's going above and beyond! You can bet I'll buy from him, and recommend him every chance I get. Round_Gun_Shooter
Adding to what I like is Dillon Precision for fast and excellent service and StarLine Brass for their fast service. I was in a bind after ordering ammo late May for a steel match in a couple weeks. The dealer had stated Aug 01 delivery was not a problem so I did not bother setting up to reload. Well, it never happened and seller does not answer e mails so I ordered brass and a set up for my 550. Started all this 07-31 and as of last night I have 900 rounds loaded Thanks to the excellent service from Brian, Starline, and Dillon and a little extra time on my press and chrono. Thanks again
