formernuke
Hello, I'm in the south shore of MA. I've been considering getting into reloading for a while now and figured I would try and figure out a couple of things before I made the jump. I currently will be loading a lot of 45 auto with possibly doing some 357 mag, 9mm and 38 special. I'm not sure yet but I might in the future start loading 7mm rem mag and 223 as well. With my living arrangement I will have to mount the press on a board and then place it on a table and lock it down with clamps. I would like to use my fold up table but it might be to light. Has any one tried this? My next question is from the money aspect. How much will I actually save by reloading my own target rounds? I know I have the upfront cost and it will take time to recoup I'm just now sure how long. For a press I'm between the RL 550B and the XL 650 leaning toward the 550 due to simplicity and cost.
