FN SLP Trigger group pin walking

Like the title says, it has gotten to where the front trigger group pin walks out of the receiver a bit after only eight or ten rounds in a stage.

Has anyone else had this issue? Is there a cure?

Not yet and I have 2 of them.

One of my pins is starting to walk out, goes about a 1/4 of the way out in 10 rounds.

Guy's are the little clips on what they call the trigger guard bushings still intact or missing or worn out? These little clips, clip into the groove on the take down pins to hold them in place, keep them from walking. You should hear a bit of a click when you push your take down pin in when this clip engages the groove in the take down pin.

Well, there ya have it.

Front "circlip" or spring clip is missing from the bushing. No tellin where that bugger got off to.

Now I got to find one of those.

Glad I could help. Brownells has the trigger guard bushing in stock (P/N 910-000-312WB Trigger Guard Bushing)although it looks like the clip may not come with it. You should be able to give them a call and find out for sure. You may have to go to FN for it.

Yeah, it's the clip. I lost mine as well and have just been pushing it back in after a stage.
