Phone Messages not being delivered

Here I've been wondering what's up with my Dillon press that has been sent in for refurb. This evening I glance down and see there is a message on the answering machine so I push the button. It says one new message, it was a telemarketer. Then before I hit erase, another message starts to play. HEY,,,,that's from DILLON calling me about my instructions and some items I wanted to order.

What the heck,,,that wasn't a new message, that was listened to and not passed along. Grrrr......

So, as usual, Dillon, you're on your game delivering fantastic service. Somebody else in this house, not so much.
