alecmc
Picked up a S&W 625-2 , 5" model of 1988, Like to look into good quality gunsmiths I can send it out to have a trigger job and chamfer the cylinders out. any recommendations? Im located in NJ, but dont mind sending something out for work.
kevinj308
Clark Custom Guns would be my recommendation. That's Jerry Miculek's inlaws. Carmoney here on the forum would have been my first suggestion but I believe he's retired from gunsmithing.

They might be able to point you to someone locally. Edited May 25, 2012 by COF
gng4life
Same here, I would have recommended Carmoney but I think he has retired. My next place would be Apex but right now, they have a hold on incoming work until they finish moving to a new facility in late June. If you are in no rush, they are awesome to deal with and do great work!
MrBorland
In your neck of the woods, I hear very good things about Randy Hollowbush in Topton, PA. Depending on where in NJ you live, it wouldn't be a real long drive. Tom
Steve in Allentown PA
A strong recommendation for Mark Hartshorne at Pinnacle (pinnacle-guns.com). Outstanding custom pistolsmith who specializes in revolvers. Pinnacle is located immediately west of Allentown. Give Mark a call.
