Help from my friends

I've taken some time from competitive shooting since moving a couple years ago, and in that absense got focused on my healh. I've lost almost 200lbs now and couldn't be happier and healthier.

I got into Triathlon races and have upped the ante a bit and entered a contest for a chance to race in the World Championship Ironman Kona Hawaii, a 140.6 mile race, in the Kona Inspired contest. I've got a little video you can watch, or just click the vote button. No name/email/signup crap needed to help me out here.

I'd love a little help from the shooting community to accomplish this dream, and would be even more greatful if you took the time to share with your friends and family on facebook, twitter, or email. I am not a fan that there is a popularity contest component, but I've already put this part of myself out there I might as well go full on out and beg too.

If you are interested in a little bit more of my store, here is a summery from last year.

and, if you are interested in losing weight I've started and mostly completed a book/blog that I put online for free about how and why I did it. http://ebook.denverweightlossdoctor.net/

Thanks, hopefully nobody moreso than my Daughter. I was very concerned about being there for her or her growing up and being like me. Hope to help more people now too with the book i've been working on.

Awesome brother!! 200lbs is amazing.

I have lost 100lbs so far since June 2011 and am working for the last 65lbs right now. Your story is great motivation for those days when it gets tough.

Thanks for sharing and again... wow... congrats!!
