Vagus Posted April 4, 2012 Share Posted April 4, 2012 I've taken some time from competitive shooting since moving a couple years ago, and in that absense got focused on my healh. I've lost almost 200lbs now and couldn't be happier and healthier. I got into Triathlon races and have upped the ante a bit and entered a contest for a chance to race in the World Championship Ironman Kona Hawaii, a 140.6 mile race, in the Kona Inspired contest. You're setting an excellent example for others. Thanks, hopefully nobody moreso than my Daughter. I was very concerned about being there for her or her growing up and being like me.
