Adding a bulletfeeder to my 650

Well I have made the plunge and ordered a Mr. Bulletfeeder from Rick for my 650. While I have 16 weeks to think about my setup, I am leaning towards keeping my powder check in the 3rd station and installing the Mr. Bulletfeeder at station 4. This would mean using a combo taper crimp/seater in station 5. Hornady, RCBS, & Lee all make such a die. Since I only own Dillon dies, I would appreciate feedback on those other brands for station 5. Also, for those who have a bullet feeder on their 650, how are you set up? Currently I load only 9mm and .45 acp. Thanks!

I run without the powder check and do a visual check of every case.

I run bullet feeder die in 3rd station, dillon seat die in 4th and Lee Factory Crimp in last station. It is very easy to do a visual powder check before raising the case into the bullet feed die. You won't regret getting the bullet feeder I guarantee it! 100 rounds in 4 min or less without breaking a sweat is a thing of beauty!

I use the Hornady die. Once I learned how to set it correctly, I've had no issues. I combination seat/crimp almost all my rounds.

Bullet feeder in 3, seat in 4, visual check for powder, which you can do while you are NOT reaching for a bullet.

Thanks all for the feedback... I will probably try it both ways. Ordered an RCBS taper crimp/seater die. If that works for me then most likely I will keep the powder check. Otherwise I will stay with the Dillon dies and install the Mr. Bulletfeeder in station 3.

I use powder check in station 3, bulletfeeder in station 4, and RCBS crimp/seater die in station 5. Works great on all pistol calibers!
