Alan550
Get some dryer sheets and wipe down the powder measure before and during your reloading session. Takes away the "static cling" really well! Alan~^~

Boss1622
If you have carpet in your reloading room a quick shot of Static Guard (on the carpet not your reloader) can help also.
noylj
First, is it a static problem? I have a lb. of TiteGroup and a lb. of Power Pistol that "stick" to plastic and clump up in the measure. Not a static problem. For static, you can use a fresh anti-static dryer sheet, but I have not had a lot of success. Don't sweat it unless it affects your powder charge drop. Otherwise, it just isn't worth worrying about as it has zero effect on your loads. When you empty the measure, tapping it a couple of times against the powder funnel will dislodge almost all the powder and the little left can be wiped out with a towel. Wash the plastic parts in hot soapy water and let them dry without rinsing or wiping, just let the part drain dry. Use a metal powder measure normally used for black powder. Run a humidifier and keep room in the 40-60%RH region.
nvminer
I used to have a lot of trouble with static in my powder measures. Recently I have had excellent luck with taking the plastic hopper off of the measure and washing it with dish soap and warm water. After you've washed it, let it air dry really well and put it back on. This worked very well on both my RCBS and Dillon powder measures (both mounted to a wood bench standing on carpet). Hope it helps!
