SERVED_USMC
Ill make this short. From what I can tell, the bolt is getting stuck on the lifter when trying to feed a shell, and sometimes just when Im trying to hand cycle the gun. I assembled it yesterday and ran a box of shells through it without a problem. After about an hour of loading practice with Remington dummy rounds tonight, things started to lock up. I took it out back with a mag tube full and got 4 out of 9 of the shells to fail to feed into the barrel. It will eject the shell, and not feed the next one without getting hung up about halfway into battery. Lifter was modded through C-rums, bolt just came back from Benny....and looks sweeeet! Something isnt right. Does anyone have any insight? Pics below.

SERVED_USMC
is the bolt locking lug wedged against the reciecver? I think this may have been the issue. I stripped it down and checked it. It seemed to have a very minor bit of "rub" on it. I gave it a tap to set it, cleaned and oiled everything up and it seems to be working now. Its getting a little late (and completely dark) so I wont get a chance to shoot it again until tomorrow. So, how do I keep that lug from binding up? If I have issues that I cant clear up with the help of a few of you guys Ill give him a shout. Ive talked to him a few times before I sent the bolt and receiver out and hes a fantastic guy to do business with.
3gungeezer
Yeah, I am kinda spoiled. It is nice having a World-class firearms resource just a few blocks down the road from the house. Edited March 1, 2012 by 3gungeezer

SERVED_USMC
So, it had to have been that lug on the bolt. I tore everything apart again and cant see any other obvious spots that would have been hanging up. I gave it a tap to seat it into the bolt a little better and everything is running like it should be. Thanks RWF! Is there any way to keep that from happening again? RWF
damn if i know, i do not understand how it would have gotten pushed up against the reciecver. benny said the lifter looked good. that would have been my guess? But he is the MAN. hopefully it was just one of those odd ball things that happen from time to time and it never happens again.

I was practicing loading last night and probably racked the bolt a few hundred times and couldnt replicate it. At least if I have an issue again Ill know what to look for. I could feel it getting sluggish before it kept locking up. So there are some signs I know to look for.
