h4444
How the heck do you clear the memory on these,,,,aside from taking the battery out. Everytime I try to start a new string, it is like it is tacking the shots onto another string starting at shot 7.....does it everytime. I could pull the trigger till I'm blue in the face.....start it again,,,,it'll tag the first shot onto another string at shot number 7. I've got it set to comstock mode with a fixed delay. Help!!!! Skywalker
I'm currently translating the CED 8000 user's manual for the italian resaler and (even if I don't own one) I would advice the following: page 8 of user's manual states "The CED8000 timer includes "MEMORY STORAGE" that allows...", this probably means there is a "MEMORY STORAGE" option in the internal setting menus. Try looking for such option and disable it.

h4444
OK,,,OK,,,,Pulled the battery and that fixed it. I did email CED and Chuck thought it sounded like a posible software problem, he offered without hesitation for me to send it in for re-programming and offerred to pay shipping. Kudos. All is happy.
