Steve D.
Anybody know what POWDER Speer uses to load this nice range ammo? This stuff burns SO cleanly in both my 9mm and .45... The brass casings are almost clean enough to drink from hot out of the chamber. Knowlege, Ideas, Suspicions?
gng4life
Most ammo companies use a proprietary commercial blend of powder that is not available to most of us. However, Winchester actually listed some on-the-shelf powders they use (obviously theirs) for some of their shotgun and pistol ammo. I am betting that Speer doesn't list it. warpspeed
Speer is an ATK Co. so I'm going to guess it will be a non-commercial Alliant powder. A modified Power Pistol or Bullseye would be my guess.
