SERVED_USMC
I sent mine off to Benny on Friday and should have it back in a few weeks! Does anyone have any pictures of what the finished loading port and lightened bolt will look like when its finished? A quick Google search didnt turn up a whole lot. SERVED_USMC
Benny, Will the bolt look like the one with the "slots" cut into it, or just a smooth surface? Ive seen 2 different examples and Im not sure which one Ill see as the finished product.

Though I understand the desire to ask for help, that was appropriatelyely put. I think I will use it the next time someone asks me to reduce my hourly labor rate. pjb45
I was a consultant for a long time. My knowledge put food on the table, paid mortgage payments, and put a daughter through school. Benny is right on. Knowledge is how we earn our living. Simple, easy stuff that can be obtained elsewhere, I am pretty free with, but my specialized knowledge costs money. bsp212
Considering a replacement bolt is $300+...I think what he charges is a fair price. He has a business to run. No one should expect him to release trade secrets. Easy solution if you don't want to send him your bolt is find someone that has a lightened bolt and measure the cuts.
