Need an aluminum tray for range cart

I am trying to get an aluminum loading tray made for my new range cart. I'm guessing about 1/8th inch thick. I want to have the edges turned up so things don't roll off.

I have no idea what kind of shop would do something like this. Would a typical machine shop be able to do this? Or would this be more of a fabricating shop? Is there a company online that maybe somebody has done business with and would recommend?

I can figure out how to get it mounted I just need to get a tray made.

Anybody here run a shop that could do this? If so I can sure send the work your way.

Hello: Go to a resturant supply store and get baking trays. They make them different sizes and depths as well as thickness. I use them for working on engines and transmissions. Keeps all the parts together and keeps the oil in the pan. Bread baking pans are great for pistol parts also  Thanks, Eric

Bummer! Had you needed this a couple of years ago, Sarge, I could have made it for you. You would think retiring from a fabrication business would leave one with some "privileges" but not in my case. I am not allowed to even drop in and say hey to my old crew, without asking for permission :(

Anyhow, you will need to look for a metal fabrication shop. If you get one bent up and need the corners TIG'ed up, I can help you out there.

Kevin, have you talked to Todd Suchy about it? He seems to know a lot of people who can "get 'er done"!
