Alaskapopo
I am thinking about spending possible tax return money on a Larue Predator in .308. Anyone here have one and what kind of accuracy are you getting? I thought it might make a good heavy metal rifle. Pat
Pop N Fresh
don't own one, saving for an obr right now Shot the predator's at Mark's bbq/range day this year from 50 to 500yds with various optics and they were fantastic. LaRue rifles and accuracy seem to be fairly synonymous.

STInky
Larue is building some great rifles. My department has even testing two OBRs as sniper rifles, and just ordered 5 more. Mine should be here in about two weeks !!!
Sc0
I think Larue might introduce some more toys at SHOT...
Alaskapopo
its a good rifle, but i like my LRP07 better. trapr Why? Accuracy, weight, Balance, reliablity? Pat
DMAC
I have a 16" PredatAR, 16" OBR and 18" LRP-07. I like them all and they all have different advantages. The light weight of the PredatAR does not help with 3 Gun (even with a good muzzle break). I haven't shot the OBR much, but it also has more recoil impulse for relatively the same weight as the JP. Although I have not timed myself over a course of various rifle scenarios, I am without a doubt, faster with the LRP-07. If you are planning to shoot the Blue Ridge 3 Gun, or AR15/RockCastle 3 Gun Match, I am happy to bring them all with me and let shoot them to see which may suit you better.
