Loki999 Posted January 12, 2012 Share Posted January 12, 2012 Hi all, I'm still very happy with my shadow, the only thing i don't like is the fixed rear sight. In ipsc production we are not allowed to change the rear sight to an LPA. The poi is to low Now i took a little off the top of the rear sight and the poi is higher. But i cannot explain why? Torogi Posted January 12, 2012 Share Posted January 12, 2012 Maybe you took too much material off the rear? If it is too high then adjust your front sight height too. Why? 17.2 Aftermarket open sights (see Rule 5.1.3.1) are permitted, provided their installation and/or adjustment requires no alteration to the handgun Wouldnt these sights use the existing cut in the slide?
