ErichF Posted January 2, 2012 Share Posted January 2, 2012 Well, it's official. I hope I can afford the ammo needed to keep to it (gotta get a reloading kit soon). I am officially starting my Seeklander program tomorrow: Session A, Phase 1. I'm going to do the Twice-Per-Week regimen since I always shoot at least one match every weekend, sometimes two. The DVDs are on the way, and I made my own log/score sheets to compliment the drills. I attached the PDF format here, but if you would like the Excel version, I can send you that as well. It's just a form that will allow me to write the important data down as I drill, not a method for computer-based record keeping. I attended one of his classes in person a month or so ago and highly recommend it, its a great way to get problem areas fixed before you practice wrong then have to correct it later.
