lumpygravy
i use the front serrations except for make ready. its fine at a match, i dont even notice it for the few times ive run dry and had to rack it while on the course, but I dry fire ALOT and with a QB hammer I have to rack the slide from the front every single time. entirely possible that my hands are getting tougher now. With that 9# recoil spring in there, you could cycle the slide with a sneeze
Mike Dame
make sure you coat the firing pin and slide stop pin with loc-tite I didn't know you need to do that. I better get on that asap. Red Right? Ok seriously, nobody go putting that stuff on your gun if you are in anyway unsure where and how to use it. By the way, that Infinity is a work of art. I keep talking myself out of ordering one because of the long wait. I think I'm just going to order one, I'm getting the impression it is well worth the wait. Yes the wait sucks, but I know when they arrive it will be worth it

Mike21STI
Do you run a 9# spring in a .40? Is that with factory loads?

Mike21STI
I'm close to pulling the trigger (so to speak) I'm trying to talk my father into the fact that he(we) need one in our collection. Once I get one, i'm sure i'll want another.

BlueOvalBruin
Do you run a 9# spring in a .40? Is that with factory loads? I think they recommend a 9-11lb spring for the 6" limited .40 pistol.
hax
What aggressiveness is your grip? 18 months!!!! I thought it was only a year. Well I heard it's been over a year for the past 4 years. If it's up to 18 months now, I need to jump on my open build from them and I might get it before they come out with laser blasters!
MTrout40
I'm glad I found this thread! Is it pretty easy to get a tour? I'm flying to TX in May and thought about making a visit to SV. I'll have to see if I can talk Roy into giving me his secret password to get to play with all of the classified toys they have And as for Mr. Neal, I agree he is one hell of a salesman and I truly beleive he could sell reading glasses to a blind person...but it took him 13 years to convert me to a blue shirt. I thought that was a personal victory, but I know when that Sight Tracker shows up (sonn I hope) I'm gonna kick myself in the ass for not doing it sooner! RangerTrace
Rest easy gents. The Strayers and Crew are hard at work building a new factory that will undoubtedly increase their efficiency and productivity. Believe me, they want us to have our guns sooner. They will make it happen, because they are absolutely dedicated to the craft of building the finest firearms available.
Izzy Suz
That SVI build looks great!! Can you tell me what grip texture is that?
waddo29
Just back from TX which included a trip to the factory to visit with Brandon. He gave me the "Recipe for Success" course of instruction for my Infinity pistol. And he added a few new goodies; a new sear and QB hammer. The new trigger pull is 1.6 lbs. Just when you think it can't get better, it does. New Infinity hat and t-shirt to boot. A huge thanks to Brandon for taking so much time with me. Good Looking Gun!!! Very similar to what I would like to order myself. I know their build times for open guns are over a year unless you want to pay more to get it sooner, what kind of wait time is their limited gun. lneel
The current wait time is the same for any type of gun. Lee
