tanfogliocoe Posted December 27, 2011 Share Posted December 27, 2011 I just replaced the sear spring in my STI trojan. I used a Wolff sear spring. I have the pull weight where I want it at a nice crisp 3LBS. The issue I am having is that I now have this weird "Click" right before the trigger breaks. I pulled everything apart and I am not seeing any obvious wear marks on the disconnector or on the sear spring itself. I have fired the pistol several times and everything functions great. No functional problem, only notice when dry firing and very slow group shooting. I use EGW's ball disco, fit to the frame hole. No more click.
