I think they are distributed by Section, and I'm not sure that a club could just give you one if you're not in their Section. If their local section members don't take advantage, they get returned to USPSA (well...are considered Invalid) in early-January. *I had an email detailing the process just yesterday, but deleted it (foolish timing). bofe954 Posted December 26, 2011 Share Posted December 26, 2011 Generally if you print out the app and send it in overnight the 1st day you can, you can shoot on the Friday, the Saturday may or may not be full. My app got lost in the mail last year, and I mailed a second one so I ended up shooting Thursday. They are using electronic squadding this year so you don't have to mail in apps in the same envelope to squad together anymore. Have your dad squad up on a Thursday or Friday (or wait until you show up on the squadding screen) and you should be able to shoot together. Dragoon Posted January 4, 2012 Share Posted January 4, 2012 (edited) I sent in a wait list application back in November (I applied for Thursday as my shoot day). I received two e-mails today, one with a confirmation letter and the other with the password to use on the USPSA 'self squadding' page (I'm now on squad four). Now to book my flights/hotel/car!
