Severian
Does anyone have any experience with or opinion about these 9mm lead SWC bullets? http://www.missouribullet.com/details.php?prodId=173&category=9&secondary=8&keywords= Thanks! mknpwr
Tried them in my Glock 17. These are the only bullets I have issues with leading in the stock barrel. After I get my Storm Lake barrel in I will try them again. I loaded them up in mixed brass using a CCI primer and 4.0 grains of W231. The same load using their 125 grain LRN produces excellent results.

You could put almost anything in it. The SL barrel, just the opposite. I'm afraid that these may not work very well in it.
atbarr
I tried a Storm Lake in my M&P 5" Pro, not worth the hassle. I went back to the original barrel and have had no problems with 124 gr FMJ Montana Gold and Bayou Bullets 147 gr. I've had great results with my M&P 5" Pro in .40, using 180 Bayou Bullets. When I order more 9 mm, it will be Bayou Bullets. Very, very clean, and with Solo 1000, minimal smoke.

It's only a little more accurate than the stock barrel. As long as I'm careful about case gauging my 124gr Precision Delta JHPs and keep the OAL at about 1.110, it's fine. Any deviation from that brings FTE jams. I shot one IDPA match with it a few weeks ago with no problems. But I don't know that it improved my score over the stock barrel.
