AzShooter Posted December 17, 2011 Share Posted December 17, 2011 Anyone bought a Bowflex Tredmill to get in shape? How long did it take you to work up to 1/2 hour at a time? How long have you had your unit and is it working out for you? I just gun mine set up Yesterday. I only managed 20 minutes total on it. Now it's in front of the TV so I don't get so bored.
