Bruce Warren
I have several PDP-4 red dots and in the past I have sent them to OKI-DOT for tuneups and repairs. I don't think they are in business anymore and am thinking about taking one apart to see if I can make one work. Can anyone direct me to the proper place for some info on them? Thanks and Keep Shootin'

40S&W
Bushnell owns Tasco & will do the repairs. Give Bushnell a call. I had them do two PDP5 CMP's for me last year and it only cost me the shipping to them.
Ross Carter
I don't know anyone who repairs the PDP4 these days, I still have at least one that was bullet proofed by Ross Deane. OkiDot did a good job on them too and repaired one or two for me also. Don't think either one still works on them. The most likely thing I've seen go wrong is the switch, luckily it can be taken apart and replaced if you're handy with tiny screw drivers. Sometimes it's just a matter of tightening the screws that hold it together. It's possible to canabalize the switch from another Tasco if needed. The other thing was the outside lenses falling out, didn't affect function but would allow dirt inside. Used to silicone the lense back on.
