My gun tube will hold 9, used it for over a year in all local and major matches. If I only load the tube to 8 rounds at any time, is this legal? I understand you can't have more than 8 in the mag tube at a time, but is his gun legal to use? 6.3.2.6 No shotgun in Tactical class may be loaded with more than 9 rounds at any time, or hold over 8 rounds in the magazine tube.
