yoshidaex
Limcat, M2i, Dawson make XL firing pins. Can't go wrong with any of those. You can pick them up from Shooters Connection or Speed Shooter International.
latech15
I use M2i pins in all my guns.
CocoBolo
I use M2i pins in all my guns. I use the Dawson in all my guns, except the CZ Shadow, and that one is from Cajun Gun Works.
Sean Gaines
I am kinda partial towards the dawson hyperdrive. I have gotten a 15lb trigger spring, and a extreme trigger group breaking at 1.5lb and I am igniting cci primers, and its killing winchester primers. Aircooled6racer
Hello: The Dawson is the longest of all the extended firing pins and works well. If you install one check to make sure it does not extend beyond the breachface I have 2 slides that it does and I went with the STI firing pins on those. If you are having light strikes try the Dawson, if not leave things alone. Thanks, Eric

2alpha
They are good for preventing primer flow back when you're shooting insane loads. No offense to the insane load folks.

EkuJustice
Use a Dawson in mine. Is it needed? Maybe maybe not but its cheap 10 buck insurance
CocoBolo
thanks for the replies. i am getting some light strikes but will try a stronger spring before putting in a longer pin! Sorry but thats just wrong, a lighter firing pin spring will help and heavier spring will make the hits even lighter. A heavier hammer spring will help, but mess up that 1.25# trigger The Dawson pin makes up for weak triceps during loading, it will knock the primer in and set it off. There isn't any downside, and keep the original in your range bag for a spare, you need a spare anyway. This post not a paid advertisement, and wasn't approved by Dawson.
