Street Survival
Gentlemen, I need your assistance. It's time to buy another leather gun belt, one that will last for years & hold up to the daily task of concealed carry. Lou Alessi was my man, but unfortunately he has passed away. How do you recommend? Is there anyone, currently better than Mitch Rosen? Thanking you in advance for your sage advise. Fraternally yours Jimmy Ward

austex
The Comp-Tac kydex reinforced belt is great.
The_Vigilante
I got the horsehide belt with the internal stiffener from "The Beltman" (http://thebeltman.net/horse.htm) and am very happy with it.
John Tuley
Second for The Beltman. Mine is a bullhide belt with the velcro liner instead of the stiffener, but I haven't had any issues with stiffness (and I plan on carrying in a Comp-Tac with velcro clips soon). In fact, I'm planning on ordering a second one, so that I have both brown and black. --John.
RammerJammer
+1 for the comptac. Sturdy and heavy but doesn't look bizarre with jeans.
itchy
Mitch Rosen. I've used his USD IWB holster for over 12 years and it's still as good as the day I received it. Seiichi
smokshwn
Across the board I think the products from Rafter S Gunleather are the best value available. A wide selection of options all less expensive than competitors but equal or higher quality. I have had two of their belts for going on 8 years and you would be hard pressed to notice any appreciable wear.
