Xander
The one's being offered at CZ USA and Custom Shop that has been tuned by Angus Hobdell, will they qualify for IPSC Production? TIA
JorDanO
I'm not totally sure about IPSC, but it is for USPSA. Kind of a moot point though as they aren't making them anymore. I guess they had too many complaints about the finish coming off.

TIA Check with IPSC Prod. List here first: http://www.ipsc.org/rules/proddiv.php Then check with Vince Pinto (on Global Village) who we all 'love dearly'.. you know.. eerw
It wouldn't be for IPSC. Historically they have a thing about the work coming out of CZUB. if it comes out of CZ-USA and/or CZ Custom it usually is not legal. USPSA you would be good to go. enutees
My finish didn't last long so I'm not surprised to hear they quit making it. I kind of like the worn look though. I figure it shows that it is played with everyday.
facelessman
I was steered toward the black Shadow because the duo-tone frame got dirty really fast and wouldn't completely come clean. Also that the duo-tone frames were actually cosmetically blemished black ones that had been refinished. I still think they look nice though. MickB
Maybe that's why I was able to pick up a Duo Tone Shadow Custom for $475 a few weeks ago? Less than 6 months old and not even broken in and the silver finish was coming off in spots... Mick Edited October 28, 2011 by MickB
