CMV
So my new rifle should be here tomorrow, which is really gonna suck as I don't have a scope or mount yet. I am looking for scope and mount suggestions. I want to shoot Tac-ops and keep the budget reasonable. Is a Larue mount the best bet? If so which? Burris Tac-30? MTAC? XTR (the top end of my price range) other suggestions?

suesstech
I had the same dilemma last year, went with a Larue lt-139 and a tac-30. Been very happy with both.
MickB
Larue SPR-E for the mount. Burris MTAC with a Charlie Drissel cat tail if you are budget conscious. Mick
carbon9
I'd go with a JP mount and I think there is a new MTAC in the classifieds right now for about 330 shipped. I like the XTR but I would go with the MTAC, I feel the reticle is better for Multi Gun and the $$$ saved would go pretty far for practice ammo.
