theycallmeingot Posted September 20, 2011 Share Posted September 20, 2011 I called brianenos.com at 6:15 on a thursday, to see if they sold individual powder funnels. i expected them to be closed, or at best, a receptionist to answer the phone. but what i heard was "Hello, this is Brian." i ended up ordering the powder funnel and one of his scales that thursday evening. here it is, only monday, and the scale was already delivered. and let me say, this scale is well worth the money. great service once again! 3rd time, happy customer.
