MarkCO
So no chance of 1 true 1X-6X? Not in the MTAC line.

Guest
Went to a 3gun yesterday and was able to check out an Mtac on a fellow shooter's rifle. The glass was plenty clear and bright, and I liked the reticule and think it would be good for the quick close shots at 1x. The illumination seemed to be more than adequate and it was pretty bright day. I think it will be a good scope for the <50yd rifle stages common at club matches (our club runs it's rifle in pistol bays, longest shot possible is only about 40 yards). Overall it seems to be a good value and I liked it enough to buy one off fleabay. (Thanks for the tip!) This is going to replace a Leupold 2x7, which I really like...but it is just too much scope for our club matches. Your choice is slower than getting the 1-4.
