Doug H. Posted January 6, 2014 Share Posted January 6, 2014 The problem with the push button is that the battery has to move back and forth to function. If the friction on the edge of the battery exceeds the spring power of the switch then the switch will not function properly. I put a small piece of foam under the battery to give the switch more positive operation. I like shooting this scope with the illumination off, that giant red circle is too much for me.
