benos
I've been holding out for over a year, still running on OS9. However, I've spent the last two weeks (under the patient, guiding influence of our own Geoff Linder) converting and updating both mine and bigJoni's machine to run on Mac's latest Panther OS. Man, is it awesome. I can't believe what I've been missing. It's soooo stable, you can basically leave it running 24/7. Initially, I was worried I couldn't live without all the little third-party apps I've come to depend on in 9. Well, not only will I not miss them, but I've got new stuff, a lot of built into the OS itself, working better than ever. Thanks Geoff! be

But will it run X-11 stuff and seamlessly log into corporate LAN's as anything you need to "be" (pun kinda intended...). Brian, what's cool is that you are really diggin' it. That's where it's at, Jack! -- Geoff
