Skywalker
Hi all, I just uploaded some photos I took. Here is a shot of forum members (L to R) Julien Boit, me and Jerome Poiret showing forums official flag at Grand Prix du Fort de la Drette, Nice. For those of you who don't remember (or believe) the description I gave here of the weather during the match, here is a photo of two italian ROs puzzled and lost in the blizzard that plagued the whole saturday afternoon of the match (and it was Nice, the former house of the sun!): guess the blizzard fooled the camera too, the pic quality is so low... Then, my club hosted a Level III match near Milan, and I really had to provide something better, regarding the weather: (L to R) forum members Jerome Poiret, hoser, dminor and me. Here is hoser, ROing Production Division WS XIII runner-up Paolo Brocanelli: And, after a good match, we had to celebrate a happy ending with a great dinner and lots of toasts: hoser and dminor, (L to R) hoser, dminor, me and NROI Italy and Team of Fire (BIG) president Marco (never mind the row of empty glasses, 'twas my attempt to show hoser and dminor how we prevent heart attacks here in Italy... ). Last, this is how I managed to convince two people, coming from a 10'000 lakes state, to come and stay to the lake I live nearby.

Then the rain stopped so we were drying in the mud. "...hoping for the best, but expecting the worst...", eh? "...we don't have the power, but we never say never..." hoser
Skywalker, Nice photos but I am positive that those are imposters you hired to fill in for hoser and dminor. We were always back in the hotel room sound asleep by 7pm. If you use your Italian standards about wine drinking and longevity, I think Italy must have added about 20 years to our lives. Really though, thanks again for such a marvelous time in Italy, we cannot wait to come back again. Arnie
Julien Boit
Hoser : Did Jerome made you the trick with his gadget (wine key) ? Last time he did with us, he ruined our bottle of wine and stole us few months If you ever come around here, you'll see that we have good wines too (as long as jerome don't show his gadget )
Skywalker
Julien, we definitely need to stretch our lives in Cheval-Blanc...
Julien Boit
Beware sky, if you ever hang out with guys from the organisation, you might become immortal The only drawback to becoming immortal is pain in the head, strange feeling that everybody talk way too loud ands as we say here :"feeding the fishes" and so on ... hoser
Did Jerome made you the trick with his gadget (wine key) ?Last time he did with us, he ruined our bottle of wine and stole us few months If you ever come around here, you'll see that we have good wines too (as long as jerome don't show his gadget ) Well, Jerome tried to show Denise his gadget and she slapped him! Then he showed us his wine gadget. You are correct, one has to keep Jerome at bay so he does not ruin your glass of wine showing you how the wine will taste in 20 years. Denise and I would be more than happy to taste your wines, as well, Julien. Arnie
