Bruce
DougC---care to share your .45 loads? Thanks!
DougCarden
Sure, only fair since I borrowed it from Pat Sweeney's book of 1911s. 4.6gr VV 310 with 200gr lswc. Makes major and does a darn fine group at 25yds in my barsto barreled .45 and a kart barreled gun as well. I think it is close to the accuracy load they use at Wilson's as well. Flexmoney
I split these posts out of the other thread. If you are going to be sharing load data...please keep the thread caliber specific!!!
MoNsTeR
I've also used that load, though I cut it to 4.5gr since 4.6gr made 175PF+ in my gun. 4.0gr and a light spring makes a great steel load. I've used Berry's, West Coast, and Bear Creek bullets with these.
