Brian Payne Posted July 2, 2011 Share Posted July 2, 2011 My father, Andrew "Bud" Payne, passed away Thursday evening. Dad was 80 years old and he and my mother would have been married for 60 years this January. She had passed away last October. He really missed her. They raised 11 children.
