j1b
OK - I haven't shot an open gun in about 8 years - but my current percent is GM - that means that none of my other classifications can be less than M. I understand that. My current percent in Lim-10 is 75% - it is a combination of my two best scores, along with two not so good scores. If my 4 best were counted, my percent would be 90%. I just shot a classifier last weekend at 91% - but apparently it may not go to my official score? I guess I always thought they took the best 6 - am I wrong about this? I'd like to get to GM in Lim-10 relatively soon - not sure how to do it other than shooting well and getting rid of old classifiers (or poor ones) JB
AikiDale
For reclassification, the most recent 8 unduplicated classifier scores are used for determining classification percentage, the two lowest which are not duplicates are dropped before averaging the remaining high six. Flexmoney
Yep...keep shooting. Your classifier will soon be baseed on your best 6 of your last 8. As said...they also don't count any duplicates (you get the better score of any you have shot more than once) in your 6 of 8. They also throw out anything that is 5% below your current class percentage...so those don't count as your last 8. Pretty forgiving system...more details on the USPSA site. SRT Driver
J1b USPSA does not recalculate the percentage until after 6 scores are entered in that division. So if there are 4 scores for the initial percentage and a 5th is entered, the percentage does not change untli 6 are entered Were you classified in L10 before? Duane Thomas
So I guess that means it WILL count, but not until you get at least one more in there that also counts.
