Cody_2130
I have been looking at the DPMS 3G1, then I stumbled upon the RRA NM A2 for about the same price. I would be running iron sights on the 3G1 if I got it but would need to add a comp to the RRA. What would you guys go with?
gose
The DPMS also comes with a JP trigger, if Im not mistaken, which I prefer of the two stage RRA one. Also, DPMS is a huge 3-gun supporter.
assaulter
DPMS had a large number of rifles on the prize table at the Blue Ridge Match. I try to support those who support us.
AlamoShooter
At most any match you will see DPMS helping with the event. I can't remember the last time I saw Rock River on the table.
Jaxshooter
I would go with the DPMS due to thier support in addition to it being a very good product. I use DPMS stripped lowers for my custom builds due to the support they give our sport.
pastorjohnd
I've never handled a DPMS, but I know that in Highpower circles the Rock River National Match rifles are considered top of the line. Match winners right out of the box.

actionshooter
I have a 3G1 in 308, very happy with it so far. DPMS has always been there for the shooters. Easy choice for me.

I had a RRA carbine that I used for starting out in 3 Gun, stock Mforgery, was great. WIth a TA01NSN Trijicon. Traded it for ten car payments! Their A2s are great. We all use DPMS stuff. Not sure of their future.
ktm300
One more to take a look at is the STI. I bought one a few months ago and it has exceded my expectations. STI is another company that supports the shooting sports in a big way.
Cody_2130
I really want a rifle length gas system so i am trying to stay away from 16" barrels, but that STI looks nice
TRUBL
Just an FYI....the STI has a JP trigger, FFT, mid length gas system and comp. Plus you can pretty much configure them anyway you want. Tim
Jesse Tischauser
Don't forget to hit up Firebird and LOKI. They will build you exactly what you want for close to the same price A's the rifles mentioned.
TRUBL
You bet!!!.....Loki and Firebird float way to the top. Factory guns.....with that special touch. Tim
Cody_2130
Just emailed Jim from Firebird, hopefully he can build me something that fits my budget..... Loki on the hand, thier guns start ~$300 out of my price range. I do like the stuff that Loki is putting out but my budget cap is solid at $1100, I go over that and the wife may "relieve" me of a few body parts that I am very attached too...
