Gary H.
Whats the deal with BBI? I ordered 3000, 147 9mm over a month ago and the website said they were 2 to 3 weeks behind. I tried calling this week to find out how far out they are and had to leave a message with my return info but haven't received anything. I also emailed them early last week but hadn't heard a thing from that either. Has anybody else had to deal with this lousy serrvice from them? I'm running very low and need bullets but I don't want to buy from somewhere else and then have these ship and have 6000 of 2 different types of bullets laying around. Ronnie j
I ordered some .40 for them about 6 or 7 weeks ago and they just now shipped. No email no communication just saw it on my bank statement Thursday and got USPS conformation . No biggie to me they're behind zero is behind everybody that's priced right is behind
hankfan79
This is an on going problem with BBI. The recently placed an *warning* add on their website to tell you that it's going to be awhile. Even before the warning, their customer service has been sketchy. I have not personally ordered from them because numerous shooters from my area complain of communications (lack of), long wait times, improper billing (charged twice), and wrong product delivered. Each of the problems listed have happened more than a couple of times. For that reason only, I will not order from them. However, if I see some bullets in person, I will buy them. Best of luck to ya. Avezorak
They are not the best at communication at the best of times. They are very far behind right now. Im running pretty low and starting to wonder a little, since I ordered over 4 weeks ago. Its a really good product for the money if you can stand the wait. Gary H.
I've got about another 2 week supply of my other stuff, but I don't want to wait 2 more weeks if I have to order from someone else that can take another 2 more weeks. I went to Montana Gold to see if I could order another 1000 from them and I see they are backordered too. I guess I might have to shoot some plain lead if nothing else. Thanks guys! S391
I placed an order with them in early April and took 3-4 weeks for the order to ship. I emailed them and they replied that they were running behind and doing everything they could to try and keep up. Now that I have a bit of back stock I am going to place another order with them. I really like their bullets and my 625 seems to do very well with them. That said, I also placed an order with Missouri Bullet Company and I had the bullets in hand in less than 10 days... It never hurts to have more than one source for bullets these days.
Joe4d
Switch to Precision, better bullet designs, easier to load, and never heard of customer service issues.

Pro2AInPA
Switch to Precision, better bullet designs, easier to load, and never heard of customer service issues. Huh, interesting. I sent them two emails and left two voicemails regarding availability of 147gr 9mm bullets. It's been nearly a month, haven't heard a word from them. Dan Hefta
I know the guys that run BBI, they are very busy and hard working people. You will get your bullets , you may not get an email response . I am sure they are doing all that they can do to get caught up. I ordered and received 5000 .40 cals a few months ago... I guess I beat the rush! You can't beat the price of these nice bullets! You just need to order early, before you are running to low.
Gary H.
You know Dan, I don't mind it taking however long a company estimates. When I ordered, their website said they were 2 to 3 weeks behind. NOT 6! I can't even get ahold of them to cancel the order! They will no longer sell me bullets.
