Trijicon night sights

Anyone have Trijicon adjustable night sights installed on a Limited Pro or similar Witness platform? I really don't like the rear adjustable sight on my Limited Pro and am thinking of having a set installed. I have had these on other pistols and like them.

Are you having inserts put into the sights or all new sights?

I agree with you that these sights are not the greatest. There are many searching for a solution.

As I understand there are two main issues with installing new sights.

First, nobody (afaik) makes rear sights for these weapons.

Second, cutting the slide to fit sights can be challenging, because of the hardness. The result is usually if you can find someone to do it the cost the cutter(s) will be passed along as well. Anything can be done for the right price.

There are a few posts on modifying sights to fit.

If you have found a source for sights and/or someone to install them, there are many who would love to hear about it.

These are complete new front and rear Tijicon night sights. I contacted Trijicon tech service to see what was offered for my Limited Pro 9mm. They referred me to a company called Tool Tech Gunsite. I sent an e-mail and they responded within a day. Asked me how my existing sights were mounted and some info on the gun. I sent back the info asked for and they said they can install a Trijicon 3-dot system with adjustable rear sight for around $300 including labor. I shipped my slide off yesterday and they said they have a 2-3 week turn around time. I am not sure what they will have to do to install them, but it didn't seem to be a really big deal. I should have it back in a couple of weeks and will post some pix.
